Quilter

Color and Design

This is a view of a well-stocked quilting store. They differ from a traditional fabric store in that they almost exclusively carry 100% cotton fabric. They typically offer classes and projects in patchwork and quilting. I have found that prices are more expensive at a quilting store, but they do generally carry a higher quality fabric. When  you spend all that time and effort on your project, it makes sense to spend a little more to create a higher quality product that should be longer lasting.

She tries to create a new look for traditional quilt designs. I've finished a few quilting projects myself, but working full-time and attending college part-time doesn't leave much time for this hobby. I am hopeful that in the future I will be able to be "creative" in fabric again! The link below is an example of a few of the pieces I have completed. Enjoy!
